Fixtures+ is dedicated to bring you top-quality products for the best price. We strongly believe in the products we sell, and our goal is that you are as happy with your purchase as you can be.

Fixtures+ wants to ensure that all of our customers are happy. If you are not happy with the delivery of your products, we will happily replace the product or accept a return of the product.

Please note that a re-stocking fee of 10% applies to all purchases made through Fixtures+ except for in the circumstance where Fixtures+ is responsible for the reason the product is being returned i.e. incorrect product was shipped.

In order to qualify for a refund, your products must be:

  • Products that have not been removed from the original packaging provided by Fixtures+ or the manufacturer
  • Products that have a manufacturing defect
  • Products that were shipped in error
  • Products that come open box however have not been installed
  • Products must not be custom order

Fixtures+ will accept all returns that are processed within 30 days of purchase as long as it falls within the qualifications outlined above.

Fixtures+ will not accept any responsibility for labor costs due to the installation of wrong or defective products.

During shipping, sometimes damage may happen. Please note that while Fixtures+ will do everything possible to ensure that your product is replaced, we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage caused to products during transport and will instead work directly with the shipper to ensure that you receive the products you ordered and, in the condition expected.



General returns and refunds will only be accepted if they have received a return authorization through Fixtures+ customer service. Any products that are returned without prior approval from Fixtures+ customer service may not be accepted. To ensure that you refund goes smoothly, please ensure:

  • Products must be returned in resalable condition
  • Must be free of damage caused by the end-user
  • Products cannot have been installed at any point
  • Original packaging must be present
  • No writing or other markings (i.e. labels, stickers) can be on the product packaging
  • Packages must be sent to Fixtures+ through a traceable carrier such as Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. Arrangements can also be made to have a Fixtures+ representative pick-up the product if it is local to Mississauga, Ontario.
  • Items being returned must have prior authorization from Fixtures+ customer service



In order to process a return on defective or damaged products, we may request further details regarding how the damage occurred. This further information may include photographs showing the damage or manufacturer defect in question. If we find that there is a defect in the product we have supplied, we will accept the return with no re-stocking fee and will re-ship a brand-new product to you. Please note that any products that have been installed can no longer be returned to Fixtures+ and as such must be dealt with the manufacturer directly through their warranty process.

If the products in question were damaged during transit, we must be informed within 3 days of delivery or else Fixtures+ maintains the right to not accept the return.



Fixtures+ requests that you inspect all items received the moment you have received them. Please note that depending on stock availability, you may receive your products at different times and through different carriers. If you feel you are missing any products you ordered and were not informed ahead of time, you must mark on the delivery slip at the time of delivery that a product was missing. Failure to mark on the delivery slip that a product was missing at the time of delivery waives any responsibility of Fixtures+.



After processing your return, we will issue you a refund and send an email notice advising of such. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is due to an error on the part of Fixtures+. Any returns that are not from the result of an error on the part of Fixtures+ will have the return shipping and 10% re-stocking fee removed from the refunded amount.
